How has D2R helped your progression?
Massively! I’ve done a lot of my growing up here and the support is constant. I’ve progressed from Consultant to Team Leader to Divisional Manager and have had support and guidance every step of the way. I’m constantly challenged in the right ways and my ideas are always welcomed which I absolutely love.

Advice to new starters?
Don’t be embarrassed to ask if you don’t know how to do something, don’t just sit there! We all learn at a different pace and no one expects you to know everything already, every day is a learning day. Be a sponge and learn from all the old recruiters here, use their knowledge.

How has D2R helped your progression?
D2R offer a great training program which guides you to ensure you’re confident in carrying out your role. My manager has been great at offering me support since I’ve started, allowing me to learn and develop. I only started my 360 recruitment career in January 2022 and have already placed several candidates, one being with a new business!

Why is D2R different?
D2R offers support throughout your career, they’re not the type of company to have you working like a robot. They offer guidance and ensure your hard work is rewarded and recognized, we have a 2pm finish on Friday! They want you to have a work-life balance and that’s something that I didn’t receive at my previous workplace. Their thought and care with each employee is also shown in their mental health support, which is great to see.

I have been with Detail2 for 10 years. As Business Support Team lead, it's my role to support consultants with as much support as possible from admin to resourcing.

What is it like working here?
I have been with Detail2 for a number of years, job security is definitely there. Our office culture is socialable, fun, professional and enjoyable, It’s not just a job. Our company Directors are always here to support and are open to new ideas.

What is great about D2R?
