Initial fact find

We aim to meet all of our Clients, either face to face at their premises, or through online meetings. This will enable your designated Consultant to understand your company, values, ethos and culture and take this information into consideration when assessing potential candidates. We will take a detailed job brief for each role you are recruiting and outline clearly how Detail2Recruitment work. We will discuss and agree terms of business and how we will manage your requirements.

Agreeing the process

From our initial meeting, we will consult and deliver to you a plan of how we will approach your vacancy. This will include agreeing the interview and onboarding process, along with timescale expectations for each stage. Due to our extensive network, it is likely we will be able to discuss potential candidates early on in the process, however will outline to you the various search methods that we will use to ensuring we find the best candidate for your vacancy.

Your point of contact

Our clients feed back to us is that they prefer to have a single dedicated point of contact for each type of recruitment so we will ensure you have 1 point of contact for Permanent Recruitment and 1 point of contact for Contract Recruitment. Many of our clients tell us that this arrangement is key to developing expert knowledge and building long term partnerships to ensure different recruitment needs are met.

Presenting your shortlist

All CV’s that are sent to you will be standardised in our own format, containing a coversheet highlighting the candidate’s key criteria at a glance. All candidates will have been fully interviewed and assessed, fully briefed on your role and have researched your organisation before you receive their CV. We place a big emphasis on the commitment of our candidates to each recruitment process they undertake, if we are not satisfied in this regard, we will not submit their CV to you.

Ongoing market intelligence

Throughout the process we will provide you with ongoing intelligence regarding potential candidates and the market in general, we do this to give you the best possible chance of securing your preferred candidate. We are able to include leadership, skills and behavioural assessment for every level of role and can seamlessly build this into any recruitment process you require (although it is typically done between the 1st stage and 2nd stage interviews).

Process & offer management

We will provide you with detailed feedback at every stage of the interview process. From submitting a shortlist of candidates to you and discussing our findings with you, through to managing the interview process and consulting on job offers between you and the successful candidate. We will work in partnership with you, offering you the benefit of our recruitment experience, every step of the way.
