We are on the lookout for an experienced Head Chef to join a stunning site just outside Leicester!
 
As Head Chef, you will play an instrumental role in making sure the food element of this gorgeous set up is a success. You will be managing the kitchen and the team in a professional, cost-effective manner whilst driving consistency and excellent standards. You will be dealing with fresh food, you will be in immaculate working conditions and will be given both autonomy and support to be the best you can possibly be!

Head Chef - Requirements

• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A HEAD CHEF
• The ability to run the kitchen with a pro-active and positive attitude
• Great demeanour and communication skills are required 
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide your team 
• Proven experience around P&L, stock control, rotas, labour and working to budget
• Proven experience working in a fast paced kitchen set up 
• Excellent knowledge of health, safety and food hygiene
• Ensuring the consistency and quality of food for all guests
• To be a passionate and positive influence on the team
