Regional Sales Manager (Construction Products) - South West  - Up to £55,000 + OTE

Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Regional Sales Manager who has experience within the Construction industry. They are a market-leading manufacturer in the Steel Industry and they are seeking a high-calibre sales professional to join them on their journey. If you have a proven track record of delivering brilliant results whilst leading and developing teams and if you want to be part of a business that is expanding and doing all the right things then this could be the role for you!

Regional Sales Manager - Requirements
  • Expert in successfully negotiating with clients and candidates, experience of key customer management within the construction market
  • Strong leadership skills with emphasis on persuader/influencer people management understanding.
  • Highly motivated and a proven self-starter whilst working in a demanding and challenging role, demonstrating revenue growth, and managing a multimillion £ region.
  • Adaptable and flexible in their work approach.
  • Efficient and timely at meetings and exceeding sales targets.
  • Enjoys the challenge of a field sales environment.
 Education and Qualification(s)
 
Either +5 years of work experience in Structural Steel Framing or an Engineering, Technical or Business Discipline Degree qualified.
 
Regional Sales Manager - Responsibilities
  • Identify target markets and accounts to develop within those markets
  • Manage contract negotiations from initial enquiry through to quotation and final close of order
  • Develop a significant presence in the market through working with customers and wider stakeholders to ensure that market share is maximised and developed
  • Work with the Group Procurement and Operations team to ensure that both supply chain and operations are aligned to the commercial goals
