Static Building Maintenance Engineer – Facilities - London – Salary up to £40,000

About the Company  

Our client is an established Facilities Management organisation, who works UK wide with Commercial and Public Clients maintaining their buildings.
Due to growth and winning new contracts are looking for 2 Static Building Maintenance Engineers for the Central London area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for PPM’s across a single large static site, repairing various equipment and testing of the buildings M&E plant. You will work closely with the wider facilities managers on this site and directly with stakeholders

Static Building Maintenance Engineer – The Rewards 

• Salary Negotiable DOE – circa £36,000 - 40,000
• Pension

Static Building Maintenance Engineer – Requirements  

• Ideally educated with C&G technical qualifications or Level 2 or 3 NVQ
• Electrical or BMS Knowledge fault finding
• Previous experience gained within a building’s maintenance environment
• Understanding and exposure to reporting electronically / CAFM ppm systems
• HVAC & AHU and plant knowledge
• Basic knowledge with drawings

Static Building Maintenance Engineer – Responsibilities
  
This role would suit a Multiskilled Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, HVAC Engineer, Static Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician, AC Engineer, Air-Conditioning Engineer or Maintenance Engineer.
