IT Support Engineer - Facilities Management – Kent - Up to £25,000 + Vehicle
 
We are working with a growing Facilities Management organisation who are looking for an IT Support Engineer for their head office in Sevenoaks, Kent.
We are looking for someone who has worked in IT already and has worked in a Support Engineers role already.

The IT Engineer will be responsible for maintaining IT equipment across all offices 90% of the time will be based from the head office, will require travel to and from the head office to other offices.  

They outsource their IT tech support for day to day problems.

IT Support Engineer – Requirements

• Someone who is able to work without supervision and who is able to ask for help from their peers or managers when required
• Driving Licence
• Hardware and training experience
• Able to communicate with people of all levels within the business.

IT Support Engineer - Responsibilities

• Setup new IT Equipment including new laptops and desktops
• Desk moves working with office managers
• Basic user training with new staff and other additional training for new equipment or software
• Microsoft active directory user organisation
• Managing mobile devices
• Trouble shooting and repairs to IT equipment
• Outside party software systems integration and changes including Salesforce, smart sheets and others
• Remote monitoring of client sites through IOT sensors and software applications
• Reports in line with brief within CAFM systems to support the company.
• Using Microsoft applications to Build reports to track data
