About the company
We are working with a growing organisation who are looking for a Helpdesk Manager for their head office near Chester to run their expanding commercial property helpdesk team. You will manage a team of Helpdesk Co-ordinators and Team Leaders, undertake training and produce reports for the organisations board and clients.

Helpdesk Manager - Requirements and Responsibilities
Requiring someone who has worked on a helpdesk already and understands scheduling/planning and has worked within an FM Property or Building services or similar other planned maintenance engineering environment previously.
This role would suit a Helpdesk Manager, Senior Help desk Coordinator, Contact Centre Manager, Service Manager, Engineering Planner, Service Scheduler, or Facilities Manager.
