We are looking for a vibrant Assistant Manager to join a fantastic fresh-food business in Cambridge!
 
They are on the lookout for an Assistant Manager to be a part of their journey and have real passion in delivering great customer service and supporting the General Manager in leading the team.   • Assistant Manager experience within hospitality 
  • Will lead and motivate the team
  • Communicate effectively at all levels
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and standards
  • Leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate a hands on approach to your work
  • Excellent customer care skills
Assistant Manager - Responsibilities 
  • Ensuring excellent levels of communication between the team
  • Ensuring excellent levels of customer service standards
  • Ensuring all health & safety standards are adhered to 
  • Leading positively by example
  • Ensuring high food quality is maintained
