This is an exceptional opportunity that will offer real autonomy for a strong, commercially astute, experienced Director who has the ability to inspire and grow an experienced team. As Regional Director, you will manage all aspects of operational across a large portfolio of education contracts. You will be responsible for developing and leading a team of managers across the Southern regional and you will provide exceptional service time and time again.
 
You will be required to support your team to drive sales, profit, standards and great service in a commercial manner. The successful candidate will have proven experience within public sector and will have a positive attitude and approach.

Regional Director - Requirements & Responsibilities 

• Providing strategic leadership and operational direction
• Managing client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner 
• Reviewing business performance ensuring the delivery of key financial targets 
• Lead the delivery of the annual business plan to enable achievement of the business strategy objectives
• Identify cost drivers and evaluate unit costs to develop commercially competitive pricing structures
• Driving, implementing and developing strategies 
• Review policies, processes and procedures to remove inefficiencies and increase value for money
• Excellent motivational and communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen 
• Role model and brand ambassador for the company
