About the Company  
 
Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Multi drop Transport Planner who has experience with Pallet Networks. They are a well established Transport business with an incredible reputation within the industry!  
 
Transport Planner – The Rewards

  • Salary up to £31,000

  • Alternative weekly working pattern – 5.30am - 2.30pm following week 12.30 - 9.00pm
  •  Additional Saturday AM as overtime as per rota
Transport Planner– Requirements / Responsibilities
  • You must have experience in UK Haulage / Transport Planning
  • Able to demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering great service
  • A real self-starter with lots of enthusiasm and a sense of individuality
  • Route and plan HGV vehicles (18t / artic)
  • Arrange with approved hauliers for transport of cargo, confirm availability of equipment and agree prices where no tariff exists, to maximise cost effectiveness
  • Liaise with Courier / Haulage Exchange to ensure 3rd party jobs covered and delivered
