Our client is currently recruiting for a Deputy General Manager to join their stunning site in Norwich.
 
They are a fresh-food restaurant business with a focus on delivering quality, a fun environment and phenomenal guest experience. They are looking for a passionate Deputy General Manager to support the General Manager in the daily operations of the site and leading the strong team.

Deputy General Manager - Requirements
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A DEPUTY MANAGER WITH IN HOSPITALITY
  • Experience within a high-volume restaurant and managing large teams
  • Will support the General Manager in leading and motivating the team in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Communicate effectively at all levels
  • Planning and organising skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and standards
  • Leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate a hands on approach to your work
  • Excellent commercial skills
  • Excellent customer care skills
Deputy General Manager – Responsibilities
  • Ensuring excellent levels of communication between the team
  • Ensuring excellent levels of customer service standards
  • Ensuring high food quality is maintained
  • Ensuring all health & safety standards are adhered to managing stock control
