We have been retained on an incredible Business Development Manager role in the heart of the West End!
This role will lead all activities related to Business Development and Sales at the stunning flagship venue. The successful candidate will focus on building long term customer relationships that will enable achievement of venue sales objective, supporting the online sales team and driving the business from strength to strength!
 
The successful candidate will be the face of the flagship site and will take ownership of building long term customer relationships that will enable the achievement of the venue sales objectives.  
 
This role is sales focused and requires someone passionate, driven and creative in their approach.
 
Business Development Manager – The Rewards

Business Development Manager – Requirements & Responsibilities 
  • Responsible for selling the venue to the corporate market
  • Booking high volume corporate events
  • Supporting, developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
  • Analysing and reporting on sales and financial data
  • Ensuring all quotations and leads are responded to in a timely manner
  • Achieving sales targets and taking action to gain the best results
  • Ensuring sales and marketing strategies are clearly communicated and understood by the venue sales teams
  • Working closely with management to identify gaps in the market and create further opportunities
  • Represent the company at key sales and business development events along with local networking events
  • Experience delivering exceptional results and KPI’s
  • Generating high quality proposals whilst managing and nurturing relationships
  • Maintaining effective communication consistently
  • Responsible for identifying market trends and competitor practices
  • Managing and maintaining the companies CRM system to ensure it’s being used effectively
  • Maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction consistently
  • A fantastic attitude and approach is key!
