Project Manager – Facilities – East Midlands – Salary up to £55,000

Looking for a Projects Manager for a Fire & Security organisation who covers the UK, this role is based from home and their East Midlands office when required. Many of their clients are Blue chip organisations that they have long standing relationships with, and this role is key to their continued growth.
 
This role will take ownership of multiple projects throughout the UK including compliance and testing compliance and also full turnkey managing all the Health and Safety and client interactions.

Project Manager – Requirements
 
The ideal candidate will have proven project management experience gained within the Fire & Security industry or Building Services and have a great understanding of the delivery of turnkey projects and been involved with P/L and hitting project deliverable targets.
 
We require someone who is looking to grow their career further and someone who has extensive experience from a technical capacity within another Fire & Security, Facilities Management or Building Services organisation and who has achieved great results by managing and leading.
This role would suit a Projects Manager, Projects Engineer, Projects Supervisor, General Manager, M&E Maintenance Manager, Contracts Manager, Technical Manager, Regional Manager, Business Unit Manager, Compliance Manager, Asset Manager, Operations Manager, Contract Manager.

Project Manager – Responsibilities    

• Health and Safety regulations & procedures following company standards
• Supporting and developing Engineers and recruiting new staff.
• Creating and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as developing new ones, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.
• Driving technical project performance across the business.
• Delivery and management of projects will be part of this role.
