We are looking for an experienced General Manager to join an absolutely stunning business in Cambridge!
 
This business has a wonderful reputation, it's steeped in history, has a quirky vibe and it's a truly exciting opportunity! The pub is an all day experience consisting of brunch, lunch, dinner, cocktails and incredible guest experience.  
 
The successful candidate must have proven hospitality experience along with a positive attitude and approach. 
 This position comes with immaculate 2 bed accommodation + roof terrace. All bills and council tax will be paid.

• HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
• Proven experience of leading, motivating and developing a team 
• Financial management of the business 
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels 
• Willing to think creatively in order to drive the business forward 
• All aspects of licensing, food and health and safety compliance
• Being able to spot talent and develop individuals 
• Consistently able to lead by example  
• Excellent commerciality skills 
• Strong planning and organisational skills 
• Excellent attention to detail and standards
• Passion and positivity is key!
