General Manager - Responsibilities + Requirements 

• MUST HAVE HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE 
• Strong leadership experience is essential 
• Strong food led experience is a must
• Will ideally have seasonal experience
• Leading and motivating team within a fast paced environment
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Fantastic commercial acumen 
• Budgets, rotas, stocks, audits, P&L 
• Consistently adhering to strict company standards and guidelines 
• Positive attitude and approach is a must!
