AC Engineer – Facilities Management – Wirral – Up to £38,000
 
About the Company  
 
We are working with an established building services maintenance organisation, who works UK wide maintaining their buildings and undertaking small install projects works.
 
Due to growth and winning additional new contracts in the North West they are looking for two AC Engineers based out of the Wirral / Liverpool area.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for PPM’s and small works projects, repairing various equipment and performing testing on the building’s AC plant. You will work closely with the wider facilities/building managers on these sites and directly with clients.
 
AC Engineer– The Rewards 

• Salary Negotiable DOE – circa £35,000 - 38,000
• Vehicle – Door to door travel
• Overtime
• 25days Holiday + BH

AC Engineer – Requirements  

• Time Served
• FGAS qualified as well is essential
• Electrical Knowledge fault finding on controls is essential
• Previous experience gained within a FM or building services maintenance environment
• Experienced in small works install
• Understanding and exposure to reporting electronically
• Able to drive

This role would suit a HVAC Engineer, Multiskilled Engineer, AC Engineer, AC supervisor, Lead Engineer, Maintenance Engineer.
