Commercial Gas Engineer – Facilities Management – North West – Up to £40,000
 
About the Company  
 
We are working with an established building services maintenance organisation, who works UK wide maintaining buildings and undertaking small install projects works.
 
Due to growth and winning additional new contracts in the North West they are looking for two Commercial Gas Engineers based out of the Warrington / Lancashire / Merseyside areas.
 
Commercial Gas Engineer– The Rewards 

• Salary Negotiable DOE – circa £35,000 - 40,000 paid door to door on travel
• Vehicle
• Pension 5% Matched
• 25days holiday
• Overtime

Commercial Gas Engineer – Requirements  

• Ideally educated with ACS Certifications Commercial & Domestic Gas & be Gas Safe Registered.
• Electrical Knowledge/ fault finding on Controls – Desirable
• Other mechanical or AC skills - Desirable
• Previous experience gained within a FM or building services maintenance environment
• Experienced in small works install
• Understanding and exposure to reporting electronically
• Able to drive

Commercial Gas Engineer - Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for PPM’s and small works projects, repairing various equipment and performing testing on the buildings Commercial Gas plant. You will work closely with the wider facilities/building managers on these sites and directly with clients.

This role would suit a HVAC Engineer, Multiskilled Gas Engineer, Commercial Gas Engineer, Gas Maintenance Engineer, Gas Safe Engineer or Domestic Gas engineer with Commercial tickets and limited commercial exposure.
