Technical Contract Manager – Service & Maintenance - Surrey – Up to £65,000
 
About the company

We are looking for a Technical Manager to lead a regional Service team, deal with all H&S requirements and offer technical guidance and support to the field engineers who look after PPM’s and reactive works on sites across the South East. 

This role is a strategic lead growth role, working as part of the senior managerial team for the organisations service division, the role will be based from home and also requires travel out meeting clients across the region.

• Salary up to £65,000 dependant on experience

Technical Contract Manager  - Requirements

• Ideal candidates will have experience of working within the M&E/ building services/fire/security sectors or other sectors where they have managed technical service engineers.
• The role will involve liaising with other regional service managers across the UK who have under them field service engineers and senior management.
• Mobilisation of contracts and recruitment of staff would be desirable
• H&S Qualifications and small works projects experience would be desirable
• Understanding the legal and risk requirements is essential as is environmental impact of all works undertaken

This role would suit a Technical Manager, Product, Manager, Operations Manager, Account Manager, Contract Manager, Senior Contracts Manager or General Manager.
