Business Development Manager - Requirements  
 
The role of Business Development Manager will be to managing the establishment of the business in this new geographic area.  
 
Business Development Manager - Education and Qualification(s) 

• Proven and demonstrable sales success in the Hotel Sector
• Natural flair and strong commercial acumen 
• Be a sales hunter, hungry for the next sale
• Thrive in a targeted, performance measured culture  

Business Development Manager – Responsibilities 

• Accountable for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in co-ordination with the Company's strategic plan
• Accountable for providing an annual Sales Plan and providing weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates, revisions, and modifications to the Plan
• Accountable for co-ordinating the specific objectives of the Sales Plan with all of the functional departments of the company and, most specifically with Operations and Finance
• Establishes, in co-ordination with the Head of Sales, both market and target customer strategies for the Company
• Continuous focus, action and target setting for new business.
