AC Service Engineer – Facilities – Leicester / Peterborough – Salary up to £40,000 
 
About the Company  
 
We are working with an established building services maintenance organisation, who works UK wide with Commercial Clients maintaining their buildings and undertaking projects works. Due to growth and winning additional new contracts in the Midlands are looking for a further Mechanical AC Engineer covering two buildings in Leicester and Peterborough.

The role is split three days at Leicester and two days at Peterborough, the role will be responsible for PPM’s and reactive servicing/breakdowns across the two buildings, repairing various equipment and performing testing of the buildings Mechanical and other plant and services. You will work closely with the wider facilities/building managers on these sites and directly with clients.
 
AC Service Engineer – The Rewards 

• Salary Negotiable DOE – circa £37,000-£39,000

AC Service Engineer – Requirements  

• Ideally educated with C&G technical AC qualifications or ACS Domestic desirable
• Previous experience gained within a Commercial / Office buildings environment
• FGAS required
• Experienced in small works install
• Understanding and exposure to reporting electronically
• Able to drive

This role would suit a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Service Engineer, AC Engineer, HVAC Engineer, Domestic Gas Engineer, Plumbing Engineer, Multiskilled Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Air-conditioning Engineer or Air-conditioning Engineer.
