Our client is on the lookout for an experienced DESK BASED ACCOUNT MANAGER based from their busy site in Nottingham. You MUST have experience within the UK Domestic and International Express Parcel’s industries. They are a major player in the UK and International Distribution Market with an exceptional reputation within the industry.
 
Account Manager– The Rewards

• Salary up to £38,000 basic

Account Manager – Responsibilities 

• Retention and development of the relationships with UK Domestic and International Express Parcels customers.
• Building & maintaining a long-term relationship with customers, and maximizing potential new revenue streams.
• Acting as the central contact for clients, field-based teams and Operations
• Manage and control the individual Customer tariffs and respond to quotation requests immediately to support securing the business. 

Account Manager– Requirements

• Strong background within International or UK Express Parcels, Fulfillment, e-commerce, re-seller or 3PL Logistics
• Proven track record of Account Management within ecommerce / logistics distribution
• Focussed, reliable and hardworking individual with a clear focus on building and strengthening
• A real self-starter with lots of enthusiasm and a sense of individuality
• Able to demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering great service
