We are looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Manager to join a stunning fresh-food business in Edinburgh!
 
The business has a fantastic reputation in the industry for their quality food and unique guest experience. They’re looking for an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in managing, leading and developing the team further!

Assistant Manager - Requirements
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITALITY
  • Previous hospitality management experience
  • Communicate effectively at all levels
  • Planning and organising skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and standards
  • Leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate a hands on approach to your work
  • Excellent commercial skills
  • Excellent customer care skills
Assistant Manager – Responsibilities
  • Ensuring excellent levels of communication between the team
  • Ensuring excellent levels of customer service standards
  • Ensuring high food quality is maintained
  • Ensuring all health & safety standards are adhered to managing stock control
