The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content for effective marketing of the business across GB & Ireland.  This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graphic Designer who is looking to move into a bigger business with a family feel.

Junior Graphic Designer – Requirements  

• Degree/academic background in graphic design / related field or qualified by experience with a portfolio available.
• Experience in design, digital, print and animation for web and social media using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign).
• Ability to adhere to brand guidelines but also look for areas of improvement.
• Creative flair with a strong eye for detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge of print process
• Great communication across all stakeholders.
• The ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.

Junior Graphic Designer – Responsibilities  

• Collaborating with the leadership team and also externally to develop and implement compelling marketing strategies.
• Building and maintaining social media presence with idea generation and content creation to support and develop the social media calendar.
• Maintenance and development of company website and e-commerce platform with attention to SEO and using information gained from Google Analytics.
• Designing marketing materials such as brochures, clogs, flyers, newsletters, and posters.
• Maintaining relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration on promotional activities.
• Preparing design files for print or digital publication, and ensure they meet technical requirements.
