We have been retained on an exciting Head of Sales role across multiple sites in Manchester! This role will be responsible for leading all sales and marketing activities across multiple venues with a real focus on building long term customer relationships whilst supporting the sales teams.

Head of Sales - Requirements & Responsibilities 

• Must have experience in the hospitality industry
• Able to adapt across multiple venues
• Confident networking and driving business
• Building and developing high-value business relationships across multiple venues
• Supporting, developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
• Planning, directing and managing the sales team in their activities
• Developing incentives for the sales teams
• Ensuring all quotations and leads are responded to 
• Identifying market trends and competitor practices
• Managing and maintaining the company's CRM
• Effective communication skills 
• A positive attitude, creative flair and tenacity are an absolute must
