About the Company  
 
Our client is an established and growing company offering a wide range of Facilities Management services. The business is currently looking to appoint an Experienced and Qualified Management Accountant who has excellent large-scale data analysis skills and the ability to provide commercial insight. 
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for timely completion of management accounts as well as supervising a small team. You will work closely with the different businesses in the group to ensure full understanding of their revenue streams and anomalies.

Management Accountant – Requirements  

• Qualified ACCA / ACA / CIMA
• Experienced in a manufacturing/service business with multiple revenue streams
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and ideally SAGE 200 / Power BI
• Ability to analyse large amounts of data to formulate insights and confidently communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
• Experience preparing and reporting on financial and business performance as well as completing month end accounts to strict deadlines.
• Demonstrated people leading/ coaching or managing skills

Management Accountant – Responsibilities  

• Completion of monthly management accounts to a strict deadline and established reports
• Management of a small team of ledger clerks and ensuring ledger is closed on time.
• Analysis of large amounts of data to formulate insights and confidently communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
• Liaising with department heads to understand and fix anomalies
• Cost & Margin/ Turnover analysis / Balance sheet reconciliations
• Support of accruals and prepayments, deferred income, year-end audit process, year-end stock count.
• Payroll journals
• Offer process improvements
