General Manager - The Rewards

  • Salary up to £60,000
  • Quarterly and Annual Bonuses 
General Manager - Requirements
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITALITY IN A FOOD FOCUSED BUSINESS
  • Will lead and motivate the team in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Previous strong General Manager experience within restaurants and bars
  • Communicate effectively at all levels
  • Planning and organising skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and standards
  • Leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate a hands-on approach to your work 
General Manager – Responsibilities
  • Ensuring excellent levels of communication between the team
  • Maintaining excellent levels of customer service standards
  • Effective planning & organisation to ensure the business is running efficiently at all times
  • Strategic management of the business to drive opportunities to build sales
