We are working with a growing organisation based in Manchester who work UK Wide installing and maintaining Commercial Catering equipment.
 
We are looking for a Project Assistant to manage alongside the Installation Manager the day to day installations teams on projects UK wide, we require someone who has worked within M&E or Building services or other Commercial Catering Equipment Manufacturers or Maintenance.

Project Assistant - Requirements

• M&E or Building services Experience -Essential
• Database and IT reporting Skills – Essential
• Man management or supervisory skills - Desirable
• Good organisation management skills - Essential
• 18th Edition - Desirable

Project Assistant – Responsibilities

• Full man management daily, toolbox talks, recruitment, pdp’s etc
• Technical support to the site on install issues
• Procurement of materials and purchasing for site
• Subcontract management as required
• Client focused role, liaising with them on project timescales
• KPI and SLA reporting internally to senior management and Clients

This role would suit a Project Assistant, Project Manager, Technical Manager, Contract Manager, Electrical Engineer, M&E Project assistant, M&E Project Assistant, Junior Engineer, Commercial Catering Engineer, Catering Installation Engineer, Catering Installation Supervisor, Commercial Catering Installation Manager, Catering Projects Installation Manager.
