General Manager – Responsibilities and Requirements 

• MUST HAVE FULL SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITALITY
• Will lead and motivate the team in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Communicate effectively at all levels
• Responsible for ensuring excellent levels of customer service
• Proven experience dealing with finances, stocks, audits, rotas etc.
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Proven successes of leading and developing teams
• Strong leadership skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ensuring the highest levels of quality are maintained
• Ensuring all health & safety standards are adhered to
