My client is currently looking for an Internal Account Manager, who will be the primary commercial contact for a portfolio of 30-40 customers, with a responsibility to ensure retention and growth of this customer-base. This role is based in Bolton.
  
The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, driven, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.  
  
Internal Account Manager– The Rewards

• Salary up to £28,000

Internal Account Manager– Responsibilities 

• Retention and development of the relationships of a portfolio of customers.
• Building & maintaining a long-term relationship with customers and maximizing potential new revenue streams.
• Acting as the central contact for clients, field-based teams, and Operations
• Manage and control the individual Customer tariffs and respond to quotation requests immediately to support securing the business. 

Internal Account Manager– Requirements

• Proven track record of Account Management ideally within ecommerce / logistics / distribution / similar service-related industries
• Focussed, reliable and hardworking individual with a clear focus on building and strengthening.
• A real self-starter with lots of enthusiasm and a sense of individuality
• Able to demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering great service.
