• MUST HAVE HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE
• Must have resilience and be able to multitask effectively 
• Achieving set budgets for all areas of the food and beverage offering
• Maximising sales opportunities 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Recruiting, inspiring and developing team members
• Proven experience of managing multi units 
• Honest, respectful and professional 
• Strong financial acumen when it comes to managing costs, wages and revenue streams across multi venues 
• A strategic approach with a positive attitude
