Our client is a growing utilities provider covering the UK. They have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join their fantastic team in Derbyshire.
 
 Administration Assistant – The Rewards 

  • Salary up to £25,000
  • Hours of work: Monday-Friday, 07:30 – 16:00
  • 24 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Progression Opportunities 
Administration Assistant – Requirements  
  • Previous experience gained in administration, ideally in construction or utilities (not essential).
  • Excellent communication skills including telephone and email
  • Professional in manner and appearance
  • Methodical and well organised
  • Good data entry skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel
 Administration Assistant – Responsibilities  
  • Greeting visitors and dealing with incoming calls
  • Collating timesheets on a weekly basis
  • Monitoring vehicle tracker reports and fuel receipts
  • Looking after the purchase orders and delivery note processes
  • General administration tasks as required
