We are looking for a strong General Manager to join a fantastic fresh-food business in their stunning new site in South West London.

General Manager - Requirements 
  • General Manager must have QSR hospitality experience 
  • Will lead and motivate the team
  • Communicate effectively at all levels
  • Planning and organising skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and standards
  • Leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate a hands on approach to your work
  • Excellent commercial skills
  • Excellent customer care skills
General Manager - Responsibilities 
  • Ensuring excellent levels of communication between the team
  • Ensuring excellent levels of customer service standards
  • To maximize sales and profit by having motivated and skilled staff who deliver a delightful customer experience
  • Ensuring all health & safety standards are adhered to managing stock control
  • Leading positively by example
  • Ensuring high food quality is maintained
