Our client is the world largest suppliers of hydraulic equipment for commercial vehicles and offers a wide range of technical products and components, mainly used in connection with hydraulic loading and unloading systems on trucks and trailers for the road transportation industry in on- and off-road applications.
 
HR  Advisor - The Rewards  

• Salary up to £30,000 per annum (Temporary)
• 8.00am - 5.00pm Mon-Fri

HR Advisor - The Requirements

• Supporting the full cycle of HR Advisor role, the HR Advisor will implement, supervise and maintain HR targets, strategies and processes on a local level to ensure compliance with global policies.
• This position executes operational HR activities, provides expert advice, guidance and coaching to line managers and oversees HR processes and strategies on a local level.
• 1-3 years experience

HR Advisor - The Responsibilities

• Responsible for coaching, offering advice and guidance to line managers to raise level of understanding in people management and HR issues, including recruitment and people management support
• Organise and conduct appraisal interviews
• Ensure all labour law obligations and regulations are met
• Ensure observation of global HR policy, strategies and concepts
• Support personnel and management in HR matters
• Perform operative/administrative HR activities
• Implement standard procedures in the HR department
• Serve as contact person for all issues pertaining to HR
• Conduct strategic and operative HR projects
• Create reports for the HR sector and calculate sectoral KPIs
• Assist Production Manager in staff planning
• Assist in payroll management and creating a point of intersection with external payroll accounting service providers
• Implement measures to continuously improve HR processes in close coordination with adjoining departments
• Assist in performing global HR
