HR Administrator – Distribution FMCG– Stoke-on-Trent ST4 – Salary up to £22,500

About the Company
Our client is an established and leading business who operate on a number of platforms but predominantly Distribution of FMCG.

This HR Administrator role is a 6-month fixed term contract to support the existing team and is based in the Stoke ST4 offices.

HR Administrator – The Rewards

HR Administrator – Requirements
  • Experience as an administrator in HR would be desirable but not essential.
  • An experienced administrator who has great written communication skills.
  • Good Excel skills and numeracy skills
  • Confident on the phone and able to communicate at all levels of the business and build relationships.
  • Able to prioritise workload while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Having a problem-solving and pro-active approach to work.
HR Administrator – Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the processing of paperwork relating to new starters, leavers and any changes to existing staff.
  • Ensuring the HR System is up to date with accurate information.
  • Running monthly and weekly reports as taught
  • Responding to basic HR and payroll queries and dealing with or escalating as needed.
