Air Conditioning Engineer – Facilities – West Midlands - Up to £35,000
 
We are working with an established facilities services provider, who specialise in mechanical, electrical and building fabric maintenance (hard FM) services. They also have a separate M&E, fit out and energy project divisions. Working nationally with Commercial Clients maintaining their Heating and Air conditioning equipment.
 
Due to growth and winning additional contracts nationwide, we are looking for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join their growing team based in Birmingham to cover the Midlands region.
 
As an AC engineer, you will be responsible for service, maintenance and reactive works, across high end Leisure and Retail contracts. Attending to breakdowns, repairing various equipment, fault finding and performing testing, working mostly on split systems including VRV, VRF’s, Chillers and rooftop units.
 
Air Conditioning Engineer - The Rewards

• Salary up to £35,000- Dependent on experience
• Paid Door to Door
• Lunch time paid

• There will be a callout Rota 1/5 - £170 standby pay

Air Conditioning Engineer - Requirements

• Ideal candidates will have experience of working within commercial properties and hold their C&G Air conditioning qualifications, and F gas – Essential
• Educated with ACS Certifications – Desirable
• 18th edition knowledge – Desirable

This role would suit a Mechanical Engineer, HVAC Engineer, Multiskilled Engineer, AC Engineer, Air conditioning Engineer, Senior AC Engineer, Lead AC Engineer, Team Lead Air conditioning engineer
