Senior General Manager – Requirements + Responsibilities

• MUST HAVE STRONG HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE
• Proven successes of driving standards and delivering excellent guest experience
• Must be able to come up with creative ideas and have a strong vision
• Will have a diverse approach to management due to the customer base being so diverse
• Strong communication skills and commercial acumen
• A proven track record of recruiting, developing, motivating and retaining team members
• Not afraid to be hands on and involved in what’s going on within the overall operation
• Will have a consistently keen eye for detail in order to deliver the very best standards and deliver the highest level of guest satisfaction
• Positive attitude and passion are a must!
