We are looking for a strong Assistant General Manager to join an incredible new business at a stunning site in Victoria! 

The Assistant General Manager will support the General Manager in the daily running of the site and they will have a real passion for delivering an excellent guest experience consistently. This is a business with an incredible reputation in the hospitality industry, a gorgeous food offering and a superb culture.

If you have management experience in hospitality and a real passion for fresh food and exceptional service along with drive and ambition then this could be the job for you!

Assistant General Manager - Requirements
  • MUST HAVE MIN 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITALITY 
  • Able to assist the General Manager and motivate a team in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Previous hospitality management experience
  • Communicate effectively at all levels
  • Planning and organising skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and standards
  • Leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate a hands on approach to your work
  • Excellent commercial skills
  • Excellent customer care skills
Assistant General Manager – Responsibilities
  • Assisting the General Manager
  • Ensuring excellent levels of communication between the team
  • Ensuring excellent levels of customer service standards
  • Ensuring high food quality is maintained
  • Ensuring all health & safety standards are adhered to managing stock control
