Assistant General Manager – Requirements + Responsibilities 

• Hospitality experience is a must
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude
• Supporting the General Manager with leading the team
• Leading by example consistently
• Leading within a fast paced, high volume environment
• Fantastic attention to detail and standards 
• Must be passionate about guest experience
• Communicating effectively at all levels 
• Ensuring excellent levels of communication between the team
• Ensuring standards are adhered to at all times 
• Managing the safety, licensing and security element of the business
