Delivery Consultant - Overview of the role
 
We recruit permanent, contract and skilled/technical candidates at salaried levels of £30k and upwards (we don’t recruit frontline staff). We’re looking for Delivery Consultants which in other businesses might be referred to as 180 Recruiters, Account Manager or Talent Acquisition. You might also currently be a 360 consultant that would prefer not to have a focus on business development and instead focus all of your time on candidate sourcing and account management.
 
Delivery Consultant - Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment in either a resourcing / delivery consultant / 360 role
• Experience working in either a recruitment agency / in-house recruitment team / in an RPO 
• Strong on candidate sourcing, screening and managing the candidate journey
• Excellent organisation and communicaiton skills
• Preferrably some experience of client / account management
