Head of Business Development / Business Development Manager (Location: Altrincham)
 
We are looking for a Head of Business Development or Business Development Manager to join our Manufacturing & Engineering recruitment team.

What’s important to us in your role as Business Development Manager?
  • Your role will focus on all areas of business development, from identifying clients to signing off on terms and conditions
  • You will like being out and about and getting in front of clients, generating new business opportunities for the Manufacturing & Engineering teams
  • You will have a natural ability to develop new client relationships, and also maximise existing client relationships enabling us to do more with our existing client base.
  • People with a good attitude, who are positive and enjoy what they do
  • As we work a 4.5-day week with flexible working, we need to ensure we focus on productivity rather than the hours we work.
  • Positivity, we always approach situations with a glass half full mentality, and this contributes to a great working environment
  • As we’re given full autonomy, it’s important we can take ownership and are accountable for what we do
  • The business has growth plans to take its headcount from 25 to 75 in the next 3 to 5 years, we have opportunities for progression, commission, and profit share available.
