We will speak to you about live roles we are currently working, or about general opportunities some of our clients who are always keen to hear from us about talented individuals who we think can add value to their business.
Your point of contact
You will have a dedicated point of contact for each position we are discussing with you, your Consultant may at any point in the process refer you to a colleague if they think you are suitable for any other roles we are recruiting.
Understanding your requirements
Your Consultant will spend time with you understanding your requirements, motivations and drivers so that we can align what you are looking for with a suitable vacancy with one of our clients.
What’s important to you
We will typically have an initial meeting with you in order to capture all of the information that is relevant to you securing a new position. Based upon the outcome of that initial assessment we will discuss potential roles with you and asses your capability and fit for each one.
Before we send your CV anywhere
Before your CV is submitted to any of our clients, you will need to provide us with permission to represent you. This ensures we are aligned in only pursuing roles with clients that are right for you, and that you are fully committed to the recruitment process with them.
Ensuring you are prepared
Prior to any interview, we will ensure you are thoroughly prepared, confident and supported.
Your feedback
We will ensure that you are given feedback at every part of the interview process.
Negotiating the right offer for you
We will negotiate with the client on your behalf to ensure you secure the right package.
Support & communication
We will be in communication with you throughout any notice period up until you start, and will provide support and guidance about resigning from your current employer so it is managed in the right way.
Post employment advice & guidance
When you start your new role, our support doesn’t stop there. We are on hand to throughout the initial stages of your employment to offer any advice or guidance and to help overcome any teething issues.
